COMMUNITY DAY

SETUP & EVENT TIMING:

• Setup time: Vendors may begin setup at 10:00 AM

• Event time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Breakdown begins at 4:00 PM

Vendors are expected to remain set up until the designated breakdown time.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Registration deadline: April 24th

• Register using the form above

• Note that space may be limited

VENDOR FEE:

• No participation fee – donations welcome

• Contact organizers via email at tearwalletbaptistchurch@gmail.com to make a donation

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents (if applicable), and setup materials

• Vendors are responsible for their own cash handling/payment systems

• Vendors must maintain a clean and safe space throughout the event

FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Must comply with local health regulations

• Must bring own permits/licenses 

• Must provide safe food handling practices

​

RULES & GUIDELINES:

• No illegal or inappropriate items/services

• Family-friendly environment required

• Church reserves the right to decline vendors not aligned with event values

​

PARKING & UNLOADING:

Parking and unloading plan will be provided to vendors at least 3 days prior to event.
